Password exposed

The CodePlex password is exposed in the CruiseControl.NET server logs. This should be not be included in the logs since it may be read by others on the Internet.

Not finding correct release when uploading files

The uploading step doesn't take the ReleaseType in to account when passing the release name. This causes the build to fail because the release doesn't exist.

Publish based on the BuildCondition
